My Vision

My personal goal and vision is to maintain my health and longevity. My purpose is to be the best mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend and coach.

 

I believe an active lifestyle and proper nutrition are the key to living a life free of physical and mental pain. Functional fitness not only keeps your looking your best but also translates from the gym to everyday life.

Hi, I'm Rachel Clark, the founder of Functional Fanatic. After my collegiate basketball career ended, I took my love for movement and the human body and became a certified personal trainer.

 

My career began in a commercial gym until Covid-19 and the birth of my daughter changed my direction. I now own my own training company and coach individuals in my garage gym in St. George, Utah, and online.

 

I have 5+ years of training experience, a bachelors degree in exercise physiology with an emphasis in nutrition, and am a Precision Nutrition coach.

 

My basketball background and vast knowledge about the human body have helped me create my methodologies on fitness and how to live a healthy and fit life through functional movement and daily nutrition practices.
